U-Prevent Connect is designed to save you time and reduce manual entry errors by automatically pre-populating patient data in U-Prevent. No more tedious double entry or time wasted fixing mistakes—just seamless, accurate data transfer.
We make connecting easy with our standard API, allowing your electronic health record (EHR) system to securely push information straight to U-Prevent. Once you launch U-Prevent from your EHR-system, all the available relevant data is already there, ready to go.

How U-Prevent appears depends on your EHR-system. It can launch in a separate window, or—ideally—as an embedded iFrame right inside your system. By embedding U-Prevent, it seamlessly blends into your workflow, so it feels just like a natural part of your existing EHR-system.

Please note that U-Prevent does not need all data elements in each calculator. In case data-elements are missing, the prediction models support imputation for certain missing values.
In addition to our standard U-Prevent Connect API, we work closely with EHR providers like Epic, ChipSoft (HiX), and Topicus (VIPLive) to create specialized integrations. We offer two types of subscriptions: Standard and Standard Plus in a pay-per-use model with a minimum annual fee. We recognize the following types of organizations:

For category 1 we offer only Standard Plus and for category 2 we offer both Standardand Standard Plus. Please contact us for subscription price information in case your organization is in category 3 or 4.
A ‘pay-per-use’ model is used to determine the usage costs, where ‘usage’ is defined as 1 (one) U‑Prevent session. In practice, this usually means starting U-Prevent during a patient/client visit (consultation or periodic health check). During a single U-Prevent session, switching to another U‑Prevent calculator for the same patient is included, as well as all risk score recalculations during the treatment exploration.
The minimum price is used for the first subscription year. For each subscription year the number of U-Prevent sessions done by your organization is monitored. After a subscription year, the total number of yearly U-Prevent sessions is used to calculate the annual price for the new subscription year. The minimum price applies for each subsequent subscription year unless a higher price is calculated based on usage.
Other costs: Connection and installation costs of €3,000 are charged once at the start of the subscription.
Duration: The agreement is entered into for a minimum term of 3 years and is then extended annually for one year, unless it is terminated in writing at least 30 days before the end of the contract period.
Invoicing: The price per year is invoiced annually at the start of the year (in advance). The one-off costs are invoiced after the user subscription agreement has been signed.
Condition: The total number of U-Prevent sessions in a year is reported to the subscriber.
